Junior League of McAllen and IMAS present Children's Arts & Literacy Festival: Storytellers, Live Entertainment, Art's & Crafts, Face Painting and more! Note: IMAS will be closed from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. due to festival preparations. Please note that this event is open to the public. Saturday, February 29 12noon - 5pm.
