Angelic Yoga Classes

  Angelic Yoga Sessions for children 4 and up. Innovative exercises, songs and stories to strengthen little bodies, to become more focused and relaxed. In each class, children will enjoy doing yoga and related activities adapted and designed especially for them.

Weekly hour-long sessions
Session 1:  June 8th - 12th - Following Your Dream, Believing in Yourself.
Session 2:  June 15th - 19th - Our Actions Matter
Session 3:  June 22nd - 26th - Kindness and non-violence
Sign up for one-week sessions or for the three sessions

Schedule:  4 - 8 year old     1-145pm
                  9 - 12 year old   2-3pm
                 13 - 17 year old  315 -415pm
Presented by Irma Burr, certified yoga instructor

Cost:    $60.00 per child, per session. Bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
