1999 Retrospective

ART SHOW:
This year's new exhibition - Laura Gomez's 1999 Retrospective, a new McAllen art show at McA2 Creative Incubator. It will provide audiences in the region with the first opportunity to see major works by an emerging Monterrey artist.
Spanning the years 1990-2006, 1999 Retrospective will tell the story of how Gomez experienced a remarkable renewal and transformation as an artist. 'The title of the art show refers to the artist's reflection on a shifting change in her life, and to this end includes works from the 1990s and new work made in the past year,'said Rita Perera, Cultural Arts Coordinator, McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
1999 Retrospective art show will be available for viewing from 2nd February until 23rd February 2007 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday at McA2 Creative Incubator, 1001 S. 16th St., McAllen, Texas.
