The McAllen Chamber of Commerce is offering a cultural seminar entitled "Native American Culture." This seminar is part of a compilation of workshops called the Cultural Arts & Entertainment Series. The Workshops in the series have been organized to offer people an opportunity to learn about different types of art and foreign cultures that exist in our community.
