Emerging film and music artists get the chance to show off their talents in front of new audience when M3 Productions presents their first McAllen " No Budget Film Festival" on Saturday, 17th February at McAllen Chamber Creative Incubator. Featuring eight brand new movies and bands, with presentation at 12 noon and 4pm from top movers and shakers.
