how to be a "Conscious Female" by living your life in tune with the realities of your
body and soul and all that it embodies.
This
workshop will focus on identifying the centers of wellness: Movement, Nutrition, Mind, Spirit and
Sensation.
We
will explore ways to keep a balance in these areas through Creative Journal
Expressive Arts techniques, meditation and yoga. Dr. Patricia Felici will speak
about nutrition and optimal health. Margie Longoria, LVN, RMT, will nurture
participants with a hand/foot massage
