Flight to Freedom... finding peace in our everyday lives

Explore your innermost feelings. Make peace with yourself and let go of feelings of anger, resentment, fear and guilt. This exciting workshop will offer participants wonderful mediums for exploring peace, serenity and contentment. The Peace Pie Mandala Project director, Jennifer Star, from Cambria, California, began this project in 2005.
Irma Burr, a resident artist at McAllen Creative Incubator, is a certified instructor in Creative Journal Expressive Arts and "Let it Go Yoga." She holds a Master Degree in Education and a BA in Psychology.
