October 2007, The McAllen Chamber of Commerce will be host to an exciting and
dynamic festival to celebrate and raise the profile of culturally diverse arts
and American/Latin Film.
The
McAllen Art and Film Festival will feature the best of local, national, and
international talent in visual arts, film, music, and spoken word.
South
Texas is a hotbed of artistic talent and McAllen Art and Film Festival will be
a wonderful opportunity for our regional artists and arts organizations to
showcase the brilliant work they do to the community.
The
event represents a tremendous opportunity for anyone engaged in arts to showcase and celebrate the outstanding range of artistic talent and
cultural excellence which exists throughout the region. This event will show the fantastic
contribution, which the arts will make to South Texas.
