Workshop: Peace is the Way

This "Peace Day" event provides an opportunity for youth and adults to promote peace and non- violence by creating peace on every level of their lives.
This workshop will offer participants wonderful mediums for exploring inner peace, serenity and contentment.
Participants will experience:
- Yoga and Meditation
- Creative Journal Expressive Arts
- Peace Pie Mandala
