two-hour workshop integrates Creative Journal Expressive Art, Yoga and
meditation techniques to create experiences where the participants can feel
more connected with themselves, with their inner wisdom, to face current
challenges and stressful situations.
As you reconnect with your
physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and spiritual selves you create a
firm foundation between the body-mind and senses that enables you to manifest
your full potential.
