This two-hour workshop integrates Creative Journal Expressive Arts, Yoga and Meditation and Drumming Techniques to create experiences where the participants can express an attitude of gratitude and feeling happiness, the sheer joy of being alive!
As you reconnect with your physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and spiritual selves you will be inspired to deepen your sense of thankfulness and support it in other people. Gratitude for the small things in life enriches us beyond measure.
