McAllen Chamber of Commerce is offering a free Scrapbooking class Tuesday, May
13, 2008 at 7pm.
The
seminar is part of a compilation of workshops and seminars called the Cultural
Arts & Entertainment Series. The workshops and seminars in the series have
been organized to educate, raise awareness, and stimulate learning about
different types of art and foreign cultures that exist in our community.
The presenter, Isela Garza, started
scrapbooking as a hobby and has become a reputable local scrapbooker. This hands-on
class will give participants tips on how to scrapbook.
