Come and discover how to make decisions about your well-being uniquely suited to your physical and emotional needs, your place in life and your sense of yourself. This workshop will focus on identifying the centers of wellness: Movement, Nutrition, Mind, Spirit and Sensation. We will explore ways to keep a balance in these areas through Yoga, Meditation and Creative Journal Expressive Arts techniques.
This workshop will be presented by Irma Burr - Psychologist, Educator and Certified Instructor for Creative Journal Expressive Arts and Yoga. Guest include Ahava Middle Eastern Dance Troupe, Joy Bangles and Wellness Technology.
