Local artists who are tenants at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce’s Creative Incubator located at 601 North Main Street will participate in Artwalk, which resumes after a summer break Friday, September 5 from 7pm-10pm. Artwalk is held the first Friday of every month along Main Street, in McAllen.
“The goal of Artwalk is to promote the awareness and appreciation of fine art and McAllen’s creative talent,” said Laura Robles, McAllen Chamber of Commerce’s Cultural Arts and Creative Incubator Coordinator. “We are proud of our local artists, and always look forward to participating in Artwalk were local residents and visitors are welcome to visit the Incubator tenants and enjoy the exhibition.”
McAllen Creative Incubator artists include, Dania Olivares of Studio # 7-Doko Casual Art, Martha Hinojosa of Studio 5-Matices and Alma Casso of Studio #1-“Let’s Paint.”
Art on display at the McAllen Creative Incubator will be available for sale.
